Colleen Fagan

Colleen Fagan is the Founder and CEO of Valor Ridge, a trauma-informed behavioral health organization built to serve first responders, veterans, and frontline professionals through accessible, high-quality virtual care. With a background in healthcare and years of experience working (and living) alongside first responders and medical professionals, Colleen has seen firsthand the toll that chronic stress, trauma exposure, and system-level barriers can take on those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Valor Ridge was created to address the gaps Colleen repeatedly encountered - limited access to specialized care, rigid treatment models, stigma, and a lack of continuity that often prevents meaningful healing. Her vision was to build a program that prioritizes clinical excellence, dignity, flexibility, and real-world functionality, allowing individuals to receive effective care without stepping away from work, family, or identity.

Under Colleen’s leadership, Valor Ridge delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment through Virtual Outpatient (OP) and Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, designed specifically for the unique demands of high-stress professions. She is deeply committed to building a culture of care that is respectful, confidential, and responsive—one that meets people where they are, rather than forcing them into one-size-fits-all solutions.

Colleen brings together experienced clinical leadership, innovative telehealth infrastructure, and trusted advisors with lived experience to ensure Valor Ridge remains grounded, ethical, and effective. Her leadership philosophy centers on accountability, compassion, and sustainability—supporting long-term recovery while honoring the strength and resilience of those who serve.
