Build Mental Health Care That Honors Those Who Serve
Valor Ridge is building a trauma-informed, first-responder-focused virtual mental health program designed with integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability at its core.
We are intentional about how we grow - prioritizing ethical care, regulatory excellence, and a culture that supports both the people we serve and the professionals who serve them.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek professionals who are:
Committed to trauma-informed, evidence-based care
Respectful of first-responder and veteran culture
Comfortable working in structured, program-based settings
Grounded, collaborative, and clinically accountable
Interested in being part of a thoughtfully built organization
Prior experience working with first responders, veterans, or trauma-exposed populations is valued, but not required.
Roles We Are Hiring For
As our programs expand, we are actively hiring the following:
Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologists)
Clinical Supervisors
Admissions, Compliance, and Operations Support
At this time, positions are virtual / remote, unless otherwise specified.
Why Therapists Choose Valor Ridge
Valor Ridge was built for therapists who want meaningful work and a life outside of it.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they are supported, fairly compensated, and protected from the burnout that is common in high-volume virtual care models. Our programs are intentionally structured to support both quality care and sustainable careers.
What Sets Valor Ridge Apart
-
We offer competitive pay aligned with licensure, experience, and level of care (IOP vs outpatient). Compensation is discussed openly during the interview process so expectations are clear from the start.
-
Schedules are structured and predictable. We do not expect clinicians to overbook, work outside agreed-upon hours, or sacrifice personal time to meet productivity quotas.
-
Caseloads are designed to align with the intensity of the program, not volume targets. Quality of care comes before session count.
-
As Valor Ridge expands nationally, we support therapists in securing additional state licensure where appropriate. This may include guidance, administrative support, and coordination as licensure opportunities arise.
-
We invest in systems that reduce administrative burden, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work instead of paperwork chaos.
-
Therapists work within well-designed programs with clear expectations, structure, and clinical standards - not fragmented or ad-hoc scheduling.
-
Our primary focus is serving first responders and veterans - populations that value consistency, professionalism, and real therapeutic engagement.
-
Clinical judgment, scope of practice, and professional boundaries are respected. Therapists are treated as professionals, not production units.
