Colleen Fagan is the Founder and CEO of Valor Ridge, a trauma-informed behavioral health organization serving first responders, veterans, and frontline professionals. With a background in healthcare, she founded Valor Ridge to deliver accessible, high-quality care that prioritizes dignity, flexibility, and real-world needs.

Kenny Fields, leads regulatory compliance, licensing, accreditation, and operational infrastructure at Valor Ridge. With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health operations and healthcare compliance, Kenny ensures the organization is built to scale responsibly, remain audit-ready, and deliver high-quality care within complex regulatory environments.

Brett Lieberman, LMFT

Brett Lieberman is the Clinical Director at Valor Ridge and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience treating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, anger management, and relationship challenges. He is licensed in North Carolina, Maine, and Florida and provides clinical leadership across Valor Ridge’s virtual programs.

Justin Baker

Justin Baker is a law enforcement officer with 19 years of experience and a U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran with a combat tour in Afghanistan. As an Advisor to Valor Ridge, he brings frontline leadership and cultural insight to help shape trauma-informed care for first responders and veterans.

Nico Marcolongo

Nico is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Iraq War officer who brings lived experience and deep service-centered insight to Valor Ridge as an Advisor. His career has focused on supporting injured veterans and first responders through adaptive sports, therapeutic programs, and community-based recovery initiatives.

Nate is a retired law enforcement officer with over 14 years of experience. As an Advisor to Valor Ridge, he brings frontline leadership and cultural insight to help shape trauma-informed care for first responders and veterans.

Ty Frederick

Ty Frederick is a retired fire service professional with 28 years of experience across military, contract, and Department of Defense firefighting. As a Peer Advisor, he brings lived experience with PTSD, extensive frontline knowledge, and deep cultural understanding of first responder life to help guide trauma-informed, stigma-aware care for those who serve.
