What We Treat
Valor Ridge provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care through our Virtual Outpatient (OP) and Virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.
We specialize in supporting first responders, veterans, and frontline professionals navigating the mental, emotional, and behavioral effects of high-stress and high-exposure careers.
Both programs are designed to help individuals stabilize, heal, and regain function - while maintaining work, family, and daily responsibilities.
Conditions We Treat
(Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Valor Ridge provides trauma-focused therapy to help first responders overcome PTSD/PTSI symptoms and restore well-being.

Our clinicians intervene early following traumatic exposure to stabilize acute symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and support long-term resilience.

We provide targeted therapy to help individuals manage depression, restore energy and motivation, and re-engage in daily life.
Depression
Our clinicians teach practical, evidence-based techniques to reduce anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and regain everyday functioning.
Anxiety
Valor Ridge offers integrated treatment addressing mental health conditions and substance use concerns simultaneously to support sustainable recovery.

Our programs address compulsive behaviors - such as gambling or other behavioral addictions - helping individuals regain balance and control.
Behavioral Addiction
We compassionately guide individuals through grief and loss, supporting emotional processing, healing, and resilience.
Grief and Loss
Valor Ridge helps individuals manage mood disorders through structured therapy focused on emotional regulation, stability, and quality of life.
